Spirit Sessions are a bespoke offering, which are tailored to your individual needs. A combination of coaching/mentoring/counselling and intuitive guidance. We receive the highest guidance via intuition, and then work together to implement translating the guidance into action steps tailored to your life.

Spirit Sessions are different to Energy Therapy, which predominately focus on receiving high vibrational energy and transmuting stagnant energy. Although, because Spirit Session are very much directed by what your highest self needs at the time, there may be instances where we spend a few moments clearing stagnant energy using energy techniques or work directly with your energy in some way.

The main focus of a Spirit Session is to empower you and build your toolbox, rather than working with your energy. Spirit Sessions may include imparting knowledge and shifting perspective through teachings, along with processes and experiential practices. These sessions also include suggestive exercises, resources and materials for you to take with you as your homeplay.
