Private Sessions with Kate Manley

Payment Required Upon Booking

When booking a session with Kate Manley, your booking date and time is not confirmed until full payment has been made, either via the online booking system, or directly via correspondence with Kate Manley.

Credit cards will have a 2.2% processing fee added by Square.
Bank transfer does not incur any processing fees.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

To reschedule your appointment I require as much notice as possible. Ideally I require 3 days notice to reschedule your appointment.

I understand that life sometimes throws us a curve ball, and if you have an emergency or unwell and can’t attend your appointment on the day, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a reschedule.

Cancelling Your Appointment

I require 1 weeks notice for the cancellation of private sessions to receive a full refund. Should less than 1 weeks notice be provided, you will be charged 30% of the fee. Should less than 3 days notice be provided, you will be charged 50% of the fee. Should less than 24 hours notice be provided, you will be charged 100% of the fee.

Private Ceremonies & Events with Kate Manley

Deposit Required Upon Booking

When booking a private ceremony or event with Kate Manley, your booking date and time is not confirmed until a 50% deposit of the quote has been made.

Payment of the remaining 50% is required 3 days prior to the event.

Rescheduling Your Event

To reschedule your event, I require 2 weeks notice.

Cancelling Your Event

I require 4 weeks notice for the cancellation of your private event to receive a full refund. Should less than 4 weeks notice be provided, you will be charged 25% of the quoted fee. Should less than 2 weeks notice be provided, you will be charged 50% of the quoted fee. Should less than 5 days notice be provided, you will be charged 100% of the quoted fee.

Moon & Tide Gatherings

Please note that no refunds are available. I value my commitment to you, and request that you value your commitment to yourself also. If, in the event, you are no longer able to join, you may transfer your ticket to a friend.

Should a Moon & Tide Gathering be cancelled due to a Covid-related situation, attendees will receive a full refund.

Please do not attend a Moon & Tide Gathering if you feel unwell or have any fever, cold or flu symptoms. The option to transfer to a future event, or a full refund will be provided if you are experiencing these symptoms prior to the event.

By purchasing an event ticket, you agree that you are not currently experiencing any fever, cold, flu or virus symptoms, and feel that you are in good immune health.
